Steel Structure Installations Supervisor

TVO is having the OL3 Nuclear Power Plant built by Areva and Siemens consortium and several of their subcontractors. We are now looking for the following professional to work for our client company Areva NP based on OL3 site:

STEEL STRUCTURE INSTALLATIONS SUPERVISOR

To supervise the installation of steel structures or steel platforms as a part of the steel structure group on OL3 construction site. In this role, you will be responsible for work progress and follow up in your scope. Monitoring and documenting the work progress is also part of your duties as is participating in the quality control inspections and weekly meetings with the subcontractors.

To succeed in this position, You need to have a technical education such as Technician or Civil Engineer or Mechanical Engineer as well as at least 2 years of work experience on similar duties. Additionally, You should possess strong coordinating skills and be familiar with MS Office. Besides this, you should also be fluent in English, both written and spoken; Finnish is beneficial. Capacity to work autonomously and as a part of a multinational site and team is also beneficial as are skills of prioritising and knowledge on Nuclear Safety Culture.
