TVO is having the OL3 Nuclear Power Plant built by Areva and Siemens consortium and several of their subcontractors. We are now looking for the following professional to work for our client company Areva NP based in OL3 site:

Final Documentation Concepts Developer

to create and develop the final documentation concepts linked to document control work on OL3 construction site.

The main duties include adopting and respecting of documentation procedures and specifications to ensure accurate records of all project official documentation generated by the Company, Client and Contractors; Understanding of processes and participation in definition, development and improvement of methods, processes and tools for Final documentation; Participation in the meetings with the Client and Contractors; Checking data integrity and quality for  Final Documentation; Creation and modification of guidebooks; Specification for implementation, test, operation for Final Documentation specific softwares. Later on, the duties will also include advising other users about correct documentation processes if data is inaccurate and/or missing and give documentation assistance and support.

To succeed in this position, you need to be educated as Engineer or DI as well as have at least a couple of years of work experience on similar duties ie. documentation, archiving or engineering, preferably on a construction site. Besides this, you should also demonstrate excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken; Finnish, German and French are beneficial but not mandatory. You should also have strong experience on MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat Professional and possess an analytical mindset. The ability to work under pressure and as a part of an international work environment is highly appreciated.
