TVO rakennuttaa Olkiluotoon uutta ydinvoimalaa (OL3), pääurakoitsijana Arevan ja Siemensin muodostama konsortio. Alueella toimii myös lukuisia aliurakointiyrityksiä. Nyt haemme Olkiluodossa sijaitsevalle asiakasyrityksellemme seuraavaa ammattilaista:

TVO is having the OL3 Nuclear Power Plant built by Areva and Siemens consortium and several of their subcontractors. We are now looking for the following professional to work for our client company based in OL3 site:

SAFETY ENGINEER

To assist the Health & Safety management for the implementation of the Safety Management system (establishment, implementation, follow-up, improvement).

The duties include:
- Verification of the implementation of the H&S management system (including review and issuance of instructions) and propose improvement if deemed necessary. Interface with Finnish H&S authorities
- Follow up of the legislation (update, compliance of the system)
- Review of contractor's safety plan, risk assessment
- Accident/Incident follow up and analysis, definition and follow up of corrective actions if needed
- Safety trainings of company employees, follow up of trainings/qualifications of personnel
- Check the implementation of safety rules on site:
- audits of the contractors and follow up of the results with the support of the H&S officers
- site inspections
- Participate to the H&S meetings
- Follow up of records (letters, Risk assessment, Work plan, reports..) with the assistance of a secretary.

The suitable Candidate:
- has good knowledge on Finnish Occupational Heath and Safety Regulation
- has work experience on construction site
- is skilled to write procedure, instruction
- is qualified for OHSAS 18001 referential (set up and follow up of the safety management system).
- is comfortable speaking in public (especially when giving training and eventually leading meetings)
- is fluent in English, both written and spoken
- is able to work in a hectic multinational environment
