Service Description

Resource hiring services are about providing staff resources to the client. The service consists of two phases, the recruitment process and employer services.

Proselectum handles the recruitment process by utilising advertisements and CV databases. We interview and assess the candidates first and then send the suitable candidates forward to meet the client. The final decision is always made by the client company.

After the choice has been made, Proselectum and the employee sign a work contract and Proselectum handles all employer obligations with regard to the employment relationship. The employee works at the client company and performs the tasks outlined for the position. Proselectum charges the client company for the work the person performs, which allows the client to avoid unforeseen staffing expenditure.

Temporary Personnel

Proselectum hires out staff ranging from students to specialists, all in relation to what the client needs. Our operations are primarily focused on technology and IT companies’ staff needs; however, we also provide temporary staff to other businesses. Duration of Resource Hiring

The duration of resource hiring is decided upon by the client company. A contract can be made for a fixed term or tied to the duration of a project. If the staffing need continues longer than expected, it is possible to extend the contract. The client can employ the employee in a permanent position during the short-term contract or after it has ended.

Proselectum is a member of the Private Employment Agencies Association and has always adhered to the general labour laws and the relevant collective labour agreement. With work assignments in the administrative, financial management, and IT fields, Proselectum adheres to the corresponding staffing services collective labour agreements. In other fields, we follow the same collective labour agreement the client company does.
