The co-operation between the Metsäliitto Group and Proselectum started in 1996 with the IT company of the time, MMM Logisware. In 2003, Logisware was sold to IBM, but the co-operation continued with other units of the Metsäliitto Group. Today, the co-operation extends to all business areas and group services of the Metsäliitto Group. Over the years, the services have concentrated on managerial- and professional-level direct and advertised search assignments.
Anneli Karhula of Metsäliitto
Senior Vice President for Human Resources
'We have been happy with the service methods of Proselectum especially because Proselectum really listens to our needs and charts the requirements of each position very carefully and so can provide us with the solutions that serve our business in the best possible way. The recruitment process with Proselectum - whether in a case of direct or advertised search - has always proceeded systematically in accordance with the agreed schedule. We have found it especially positive that Proselectum always takes our current situation into account and we have always been able to agree on the modes of operation and service methods to be used, flexibly and case-specifically. Our extensive co-operation and experience enable us to say that the search assignments so far have been successful and the employees we have recruited have done well in their position. The prospects of the Metsäliitto Group are good, and the development measures we have implemented are reflected in the result as well. In the future, it will be even more important for us to find the right persons for our key positions at all levels of the organisation. Thus the significance of long-term partnership is emphasised; Proselectum has gained profound information on our business for several years, so they know and understand our needs.'
