Luottokunta

The co-operation between Luottokunta and Proselectum started soon after we first met, in 2010. Several development projects were being launched in Luottokunta at the time, and there was demand for qualified ICT personnel. Proselectum's experience and solutions rose to the challenge and already in the first year of co operation more than a dozen professionals found their way to here, to the leading card payment service provider in Finland. The rapidly initiated co-operation continues and regularly opens new and interesting work opportunities. In addition to recruitment services, Luottokunta handles the psychological assessments for the applicants via Proselectum.

Riitta Hautala, Luottokunta

Staff Development Manager

‘In our co-operation with Proselectum, we especially wanted to facilitate the work of the supervisors in managing the highly time-consuming recruitment process. Instead of concentrating on the management of the whole recruitment process, including preparing advertisements, answering queries, screening the applications, and arranging first interviews, we wanted to let the supervisors concentrate on what is essential: evaluating the suitability of the applicants. The first step in starting an assignment has been to arrange personal meetings. Worthy of note has been the immediate connection that has been created in the meetings with the supervisors – we have been able to discuss things in the same language. Proselectum has provided us with tips for creating job advertisements and described to us what kind of advertisements the applicants find interesting. Only suitable candidates have been referred to us for further interviews – and this has happened very quickly after publication of the search assignment. There have been no applicants sent to us who were absolutely unsuitable for the work, and with most we have proceeded to the psychological assessments and recruitment decisions. Psychological assessments are very important tools in our decision-making, and we strongly believe in the benefits they bring.

Luottokunta's operation as a whole is becoming more and more international, which means that the ability of the future employees of Luottokunta to work in an international environment is emphasised. There will also be increasing demand for project expertise.’
