Jani Kallio

Head of Sales, Senior Consultant (army officer)

Jani is an officer who graduated from the National Defence University. Jani moved from the army to recruiting when he started working for Proselectum, in 2001.

In this time, he has worked with all Proselectum services except psychological assessments. Jani has recruited people for several sectors and positions, from blue-collar to management. In the last few years, Jani has focused on demanding searches, concentrating on professional and management positions. Besides doing consulting, he is in charge of Proselectum's sales activities and actively takes part in development of services and internal processes at Proselectum. Jani serves Proselectum clients in Pirkanmaa and the capital area.

Jani feels that his background as an army officer has helped him adapt quickly to new and changing situations, thus creating solutions to support the client company's business in the best possible way. This ex-athlete is motivated by results, but most rewarding for Jani are satisfied customers whose expectations have been met and exceeded.

Besides the long journey with Proselectum, the journey with his wife, Minna, has also been long and happy. As a former ice-hockey player, Jani is still active in plenty of sports, and whenever he has the time, he relaxes at his summer cottage.
