Göran Hernberg

Managing Director (M. Sc. (Econ.))

Göran, a graduate from the Hanken School of Economics, is the founder and Managing Director of Proselectum. Before establishing Proselectum, he worked with recruitment and also held various positions in sales and marketing. He is also one of the co-founders of executive search company Stanton Chase International in Finland. The company was founded in 2005, but Göran separated from it in 2008 to focus on Proselectum.

As Managing Director, Göran is in charge of the company. Besides this, he participates in company development such as work with IT and service processes for direct and advertised searches, concentrating on executive and management positions.

As a Senior Consultant, Göran mainly takes care of assignments involving direct and advertised searches, focusing on executive and management positions here too.

Maintaining a service-minded attitude and pleasing the customer are the main foci for Göran in his work, as is creating long-term, well-functioning customer relationships.

Family and friends, and quality time spent with them, are important to Göran. Whenever possible, Göran plays golf, travels, and takes part in sports to relax.
