How can I register as a job applicant?

You can register as an applicant by sending an open application and CV via e-mail to cv@proselectum.fi . If you are interested in a specific position, you can send the application directly to the consultant who is handling the relevant case.

What kinds of positions are available through Proselectum?
We recruit people into numerous, different fields - information and communication technology, industry, logistics, pharmacology, consumer goods, and wholesale. We recruit people for accounting, marketing, and sales as well as project managers and experienced professionals in project management and process development. Most of our assignments involve permanent positions; however, we also offer part-time and short-term work.

How will my information be used?

Your information will be used only by our recruitment consultants. It will not be shown to a third party without your consent.

Can all open position be seen on the Web site?

Not necessarily. Often we find suitable people from our database, in which case an advertisement will not be published. Also, direct search assignments will not become advertised searches.

What does it mean to be a temporary worker through resource hiring services?

Proselectum signs a contract with the temporary worker, serves as the official employer, and is responsible for all employer obligations. The actual work is done at the client company with their tools and in accordance with their rules and regulations. Proselectum follows the applicable laws, rules, and regulations concerning resource hiring services, as well as the relevant sector's collective labour agreement and the Private Employment Agencies Association’s operating principles.

What collective labour agreement is followed in temporary staffing?

Proselectum follows the collective labour agreements of various fields, such as accounting, information processing, and administration. This has been negotiated by the Private Employment Agencies Association and the Federation of Special Services and Clerical Employees, ERTO. For other positions, we follow the collective labour agreement applied by the client or the common work contract law.

Is it possible to become a permanent worker through temporary resource hiring?

The client company can employ the temporary worker during and after the contract for the assignment. Resource hiring services is being used more and more often as a temporary phase before the final recruitment decision. A considerable proportion of our temporary staff are eventually transferred to a permanent position within the client company.

How is salary determined, and how often is pay-day?

A temporary worker’s pay is determined through negotiation between the client company and the temporary worker. As the official employer, Proselectum ensures that the worker is paid at least the minimum amount required by the collective labour agreement. Wages are paid once a month for salaried employees and twice a month for hourly workers.

Does temporary resource hiring accumulate paid holiday, and can it be used?

Temporary resource hiring does accumulate paid holiday normally in accordance with the Annual Holidays Act and the collective labour agreement, and it is possible to use the amount accumulated. The holiday time is negotiated with the managers within the client company. When a temporary resource hiring agreement ends, unused paid holiday days are paid out in cash in compliance with the Annual Holidays Act and the collective labour agreement.
