A database search is the fastest way to find an appropriate candidate when the client does not need to compare many candidates but requires a quick hire. Proselectum Database Search includes searching for suitable candidates from our database as well as from the Monster.fi CV database.

Service Description

From the criteria the client supplies, Proselectum tries to find applicable candidates from the databases, contacts them confidentially, and enquires about their interest in the open position. If the person becomes interested, a Proselectum consultant interviews the applicant and ensures that the candidate indeed possesses the required know-how and a suitable personality for the position.
Then, Proselectum presents the suitable candidates to the client and, if needed, the Proselectum consultant participates in the final round of interviews at the client company.

Timetable

A database search takes around 1-3 weeks from the start of the assignment. Factors that can affect the timetable are the number of suitable candidates and the speed of decision-making on the client’s side.
