Coming in for an Assessment?

Schedule for the Assessment Day

A psychological assessment day involves various tasks. The length of the day varies from four to nine hours, depending on the position in question. Breaks are allowed when needed, and on longer days a lunch break is given.

The psychological assessment measures traits related to the important aspects of the position. Therefore, the tasks vary according to the position applied for and the tasks are not the same for every person coming in for an assessment day. The day includes an interview with a psychologist, various self-assessment questionnaires, some time-limited ability tests, and work simulations that imitate real-world work situations.

Feedback

After the assessment day, the psychologist writes a report. It is a summary of all information gathered in the course of the day. The report is written from the standpoint of the required competencies, but it does not include the results for individual tasks. If possible, we give feedback to the candidates before sending the report to the client.

Preparing for the Assessment

You do not need to prepare for the assessment; just bring identification with you. If you have a CV, you can bring that along as well.
