Advertised Search

The advertised search service is suitable when the client does not have enough time or experience to perform an advertised search directly. An advertised search produces the best results when the position's description is clear and interesting. Additionally, the company’s reputation and a positive employer image affect the result considerably.

Service Description

Proselectum’s advertised search begins with an assessment of the client’s recruitment needs and how productive an advertised search may be in this particular case. Specifically, is it possible to find the necessary person through an advertised search? After this, the proper media will be determined in collaboration with the customer. Proselectum takes care of producing the advertisement and placing it with the appropriate media channel.

The consultant assigned to the case answers all applicant questions and goes through all applications, ranking them. In addition to going through all applications sent to us, we search our own database to find suitable persons. We always interview and assess candidates in order to judge whether they are qualified. Only then do we send their information to the client. Before the client makes the final decision, we also conduct reference checks.

As the process goes forward and after the decision has been made, Proselectum informs all applicants of the various stages of the process and its progress.

Timetable

The time needed from the start of the assignment to the signing of a work contract is approximately 6-8 weeks, which does not include the term of notice.

In situations where the position cannot be filled with an advertised search, we recommend using a direct search.

Selection Service

Our selection service is a leaner form of advertised search. Here, Proselectum only takes into account applicants who send applications for the position in response to the advert. This means that Proselectum does not search for suitable candidates in the Proselectum databases and networks, unlike in the advertised search.
